So easy. I called and everything was taken care of over the phone. Documents were emailed to be signed and boom I was done. The price is unbeatable!!! Just moving my RV in today but so far everything has been great!!

been there several months now, so far Things have been good.. There was one time that the gate was stuck open. I called and reported it and it was fixed. And I guess that’s the only reason I didn’t give five stars because it took a few days to get someone out to fix it.“

Our old storage place sold to Nextstor a few yrs ago. They were ok at first but things turned horrible in 2024 . So I contemplated moving both of my units. Until the last few months, when communication improved. The problems I experienced were dishonest business practices and pissy staff attitudes. But now its going MUCH BETTER. They offer good services too; like a gated storage facility w/ a password that has been accessible whenever i needed it and storage ins.“
