No. Standard fees include a $29 administration fee and a $20 late fee if payment is not received on time. All policies are clearly outlined in your rental agreement.
No. We are a remote-managed facility, but our team is available online or by phone to assist you during business hours.
A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card for autopay setup are required.
If it’s a gate code or online access issue, log in to your account or contact us for assistance. If you’ve lost your lock key, you’ll need to contact a locksmith. Facility staff are not responsible for cutting or replacing tenant locks.
Yes. You must either enroll in our Tenant Protection Plan or provide proof of your own policy with a declaration page.
Absolutely. All locations are fully gated, well-lit, and equipped with 24/7 security cameras. Each tenant receives a personalized gate code for entry.
We require a 10-day notice before vacating. Your unit must be emptied and swept. Then, send a photo of the empty unit (including the unit number) or contact staff to confirm the move-out.
