I spoke to Rebecca on 9/6/25 when I called and purchased my storage building . She was very kind and polite . She was very helpful and walked me through each step . Her customer service was very nice ! I wish more businesses had someone like Rebecca . She even encouraged me while talking to her on the phone! She was very respectful . I would definitely recommend going here to purchase a storage building !

Was worried at first I helped my niece rent a unit but had not ever done it all online and over the phone. Once we got the emails worked out everything was ok. The unit was as described but had to be swept out and trash removed but wasn’t too bad. Overall pleased.
